Dr Green was very quick to respond to my request for a consultation and I received a virtual consultation on the same day. She listened to my health concerns and assisted me in making a decision on the way forward. The procedure was undertaken very professionally and I was involved in the decision making all the way through. The outcome was positive and reassuring and we agreed a way forward for the future. Having suffered from stomach pains for some time without a clear diagnosis I decided to seek the advice of Dr Green - and I'm glad I did. From the first consultation to the last she was extremely thorough and took the time to analysis the problem from all angles. I found her to be very attentive to patient needs, great at explaining her recommendations and worked in a collegiate manner to determine a way forward with my diagnosis and treatment. 5 stars are not enough to rate the care I received from Dr Green. From the first consultation, through the procedure and post-procedure consultation, she was caring, friendly and professional in equal measures. She was very clear about my health issue and explained possible outcomes in a way I could understand. She showed humanity and care which was exactly what I needed during a very stressful period.
